MY ROLE: Graphic Designer/Creator
Bloom is a fictional young women’s lifestyle magazine that is positioned somewhere in between Seventeen and Vogue. This magazine encourages confidence in young women who are beginning to bloom into the person they want to become.
Fun, colorful photos and typography keep the magazine’s aesthetic light and playful, while the content is more sophisticated and intellectual.
What makes this student passion project unique is that no stock photos were used! All model photography was taken by my dad, Clark Hampton. ©ClarkHamptonPhotography (from around the early 2000s.) I also included my photos and took all the pictures of my own clothes and makeup.
